A Girl with a Flower

This was done yesterday. She submitted it to me already for posting but she took it back and showed it to her grandmother. Unfortunately, she was not able to give it back to me. I looked for it last night but to no avail. So, I waited for her to wake up today and asked for it. Well, she happily gave it to me for posting.

And yes! I still noticed the crab, still water related. LOL!!!

More Mermaids

This one was created about an hour ago with a little help from her grandfather. Now, I am calling her Noli's prodigy. I added frames by means of digital scrapping using Len Escobar's digital papers.

Our artist was very tired today from school. She slept early. This is the only thing I could post on her behalf for today. Simple but smiling!!

The Boat

She intentionally made this for her blog last night. She copied the idea from a picture frame placed on top of our shelf. Honestly, she made it look more beautiful. The picture frame was depicted using dark hues while she did lighter ones that made is so bright and special looking (I'm her mom...hehehe...don't fret about my comments, ok).

Waterfalls

This was the second art that got published in my blog. I think she got the idea from watching Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Remember the waterfalls scene? But this one is more colorful.

This is one of Micah's work that she asked me to publish. Well, I did but in my blog.

If you would notice, she had written picture number 1. It really gave me the thought that she means business in seriously making more art works to be published online.

Welcome to MICSART!!

Well of course, this is not mine. This belongs to my daughter Micah. She wanted to have a blog of her own. Since, she doesn’t know how to write her mind-out. I suggested that she uses art to express herself.

The idea of making her blog was long been forgotten. Until recently, she’s back making drawing and eagerly wants me to publish it in her blog. Since I don’t want her creative juices go to waste, I decided to help her out…as in now! And so did my father, who helped her, create a personalized header.

The concept of the header was about life’s transition from natural simplicity to the modern complexity today. “MICSART – the growing art of micah’s mind” is a blog that showcases her continuing imaginative transition in her mind. I may post in behalf of her right now but someday she will learn how to blog out not only her arts but also her heart and mind.
